My name is Dr. Ramesh Bellamkonda. In my sincere view, Governance in Governments at all levels in our country, India, is in a very, very poor shape. Education, Science, and Technology are all in a very poor shape. As a result, India continues to be one of the poorest in the world. I want to try and change things for the better, within my own limits as one person.
